This is a great way to familiarize yourself with the market and to get out there and view properties in person! From there your agent will adjust your search to better fit your needs if necessary.
- Next your agent will walk you through what a *typical* timeline would look like if you were to buy a property. This will give you a better idea of the various steps that are involved in the home buying process and what can be expected. It will also be an indicator as to when you want to accelerate your search. Every sale is different so there are many factors that can change this but outlining the process helps people visualize what they are embarking on.
- If everything so far sounds manageable we will share what is required to actually submit an offer on a property. By being prepared with the items required to submit an offer it ensures you can hit the ground running and not miss out if you stumble upon your dream home early on. It also ensures we are ready to act in a super competitive market. This is where our knowledge and expertise comes in. We will work side by side to prepare a strong offer that we hope will make you stand out from the rest.
- Once you have decided you are ready to take the next step to home ownership we can share with you some great resources from attorneys, to mortgage lenders, and much more.
