The Presidential Team offers the most time efficient service and knowledgeable representation for anyone seeking to successfully and confidently Sell, Buy, or Rent property. 14 years of experience, ethics, and execution securing new housing for more than 3,500 customers.
Challenge : The stay at home advisory forced us to create a virtual real estate experience including writing and implementing procedures to conduct and offer virtual showings with live video tours, signing and submitting paperwork remotely, and the ability to receive and send payments electronically. My Team and I relentlessly and pro-actively continue to adapt to the abundance of new time consuming customer service expectations and expensive technology necessities including virtual tools that have since become industry standard due to the pandemic. We keep our website current with real time edits ensuring each property has accurate information, up to date photos, and an embedded full video tour for maximum exposure. We created a YouTube channel on March 23, 2020 that today has over 50K views and 100+ property video tours uploaded. I never closed my business, not for one day, keeping our customer’s confidence and The Presidential Team working.
We would use the #navsmallbusinessgrant prize funds : toward a company CRM, marketing campaign, and invest in a new website seeking education in SEO. During the pandemic my Team and I noticed that the big national brokerage names in real estate were asking for property requests on our exclusive listings, more so than our own in-house lead generation platforms. It took over a decade to become the exclusive broker of many multi-unit landlords, with the ability to offer prospects the most property available, yet customers are more likely to see them advertised by the national brokerage names than by us. This results in loosing half the revenue on each co-broke transaction.
